MRS. THOS. McCABE DIED IN CALIFORNIA.
Mrs. Irene McCABE, former Red Cliff resident, died suddenly following a heart attack at her home at Long Beach Saturday.
Mrs. McCABE made her home in Red Cliff around thirty years ago, when her husband was a pioneer in drug store business in Red Cliff. They left Red Cliff for Pueblo where Mr. McCABE operated a drug store for a number of years before going to California, where they have lived in Long Beach since.
Mr. and Mrs. McCABE had been close friends to a number of former Eagle county people living in and near Long Beach, andwho attended the funeral. Among them were Mr. and Mrs. Jim TAGUE, Violet Macauley EATON and her husband, Chester EATON; Vivian Macauley McLAUGHLIN, and the Wm J. KEATINGS. Mr. KEATING, Mr. EATON and Roy and Jack TAGUE were among the pall bearers. Surviving are the husband, Thomas and a sister, Netha.
