GEORGIA MAUDE MITCHELL.
Funeral services were held Tuesday for Georgia Maude MITCHELL at the Farnum-Richardson Mortuary in Glenwood Springs, with Rev. Ralph BULLOCK officiating.
Mrs. MITCHELL passed away at the Glen Valley Nursing Home Saturday morning, June 9, at the age of 95. She was born May 12, 1884 at Rockwood, Tenn., and had lived in Stillwell, Okla. She moved to Denver in 1905 and had been a resident of Eagle County since 1910.
She was a member of the Methodist church, Rebekahs, and was a Democratic Committee woman.
She was preceded indeath by her husband.
Survivors are Grace EATON and Wayne ROGERS of Eagle, Robin ROGERS of Colorado Springs, Sandy CHILDERS of Steamboat Springs, Felix SESCHANE of Denver, Joyce BULLOCK of Springfield, and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Interment was at the Sunset View Cemetery in Eagle.
