A long-time resident of Minturn died July 14 after a lengthy illness.
Joyce I. MIZE was buried at Riverview Cemetery, Minturn, July 18 after services presided over by Rev. Steve RICE.
MIZE, who had lived in Minturn since 1953, was born in Pueblo Oct. 12, 1913. She is survived by her daughter Patty MIZE, Minturn; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Her husband, William George, and her son Jack both died in 1967.
