Dora L. Gomez, 57, Grand Junction, died Nov. 20, 2015, at St.
Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m., with a funeral service at 11 a.m. Dec.
5, at the Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Orchard
Mesa Cemetery.
Mrs. Gomez was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Jorge A.; one son, Jorge A. Jr. of
Grand Junction; two daughters, Vanessa Gomez and Karina Delgado,
both of Grand Junction; her mother, Chila Zambrano of Honduras;
three brothers, Nicolas Ortiz and Jose Ortiz, both of Honduras,
and Omar Zambrano of Canon City; five sisters, Lucila Ortiz
and Wendy Contreras, both of Honduras, Leticia Dias of Atlanta,
Norma Zambrano of Grand Junction, and Sonia Ruiz of California;
and seven grandchildren.
