Lois Marie Einspahr passed
away November 16, 2015 at the
age of 88 at her home in Peoria,
AZ.
Lois was born to William and
Leva Gilland November 7,
1927, in Salem, KY. She married
Mervin Einspahr on August
21, 1945, in Raton, NM.
They lived in Colorado
Springs, CO briefly, moving to Payette, ID and, in 1955, moved
to Grand Junction, CO where they lived until 2009 when they
moved to the Phoenix, AZ area.
Lois was a dedicated wife and mother, assisting her husband in
their Union 76 gas station and garage at 6th and Colorado, and
later in Valley Refuse Removal in which they were co-owners.
After retirement she enjoyed traveling with her husband in their
motorhome.
She was preceded in death by her husband, father, mother, four
brothers, and a sister. She is survived by her son, Ron (Nancy)
of Fruita; her daughter, Connie (Lee) of Peoria, Arizona; three
grandsons, one granddaughter, and numerous great grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 pm December 4, 2015 at Elmwood
Cemetary in Fruita.
