Death claimed Colonel Harold M Tague, former Red Cliff man. Feb. 2 at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital in Denver- He was 65. Bom Dec. 7, 1893 in Red Cliff, he was the son of Patrick and Lydia. 'Hague, former Judges of the County of Eagle. Mr Tague graduated from Red ntrftf high school end served In France with the Army in World Wax I and spent 20 months in China from 1943 to 1945. He married Helen Meyer in Montclair, N. J.. in 1929 Col. Tague retired in 1946 after 30 years service with, the Army, and has made his home in Denver since- He was a member of Willis Stewart Lodge 224 AF&AM of Louisville, Calif.; Rocky Mountain Consistory 2, El Jebel Shrine; Sojourners of Fitzsimmons: American Legion; Retired Officers Assnand' the Military Order of World Wars. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon -at Moore Mortuary, DenverHe is survived by his wife and four sons. Berkley A., Harold Jr-, Lincoln P-, and George I. all of 1730 Grape St., Denver A daughter, Patricia, proceeded Col. Tague in death and her ashes were scattered in the Holy Cross area of Eagle County, near a lake now bearing her name “Lake Patricia” a mile below the famed Bowl of Tears. Two sisters also survive, Mrs Ruth Darrow of Corona Del Mar, Calif., and Mrs Josephine Hurlbut of Menlo Park. Calif. A third sister, Bernards Meehan died in Denver a few years ago.

Death claimed Colonel Harold M. TAGUE, former Red Cliffman, Feb. 2 at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital in Denver. He was 65.
Born Dec. 7, 1893 in Red Cliff, he was the son of Patrick and Lydia TAGUE, former judges of the County of Eagle.
Mr. TAGUE graduated from Red Cliff high school and served in France with the Army in World War I, and spent 20 months in China from 1943 to 1945.
He married Helen MEYER in Montclair, N. J., in 1929.
Col. TAGUE retired in 1946 after 30 years service with the Army, and has made his home in Denver since.
