Deborah Anne Wilson, 63, Grand Junction, died March 4, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Palisade Church of the Nazarene.
Ms. Wilson was a certified nursing assistant.
Survivors include one daughter, Sara Wilson of Grand Junction; two brothers, George A. Wilson Jr. of Pueblo and Philip Wilson of Denver; and one sister, Janice Ramey of Las Animas.
