DEATH OF MISS ETTA ROBERTS.
The community was saddened on last Friday to learn of the death of Miss Etta ROBERTS, which occurred at Lexington, Nebraska, on Thursday, March 7.
Miss ROBERTS grew up from a small girl to womanhood in Red Cliff, and was an estimable young lady held in great esteem by all who knew her. For the past two years she had been indelicate health and went east to relatives in Nebraska last fall in the hope that a change of climate would prove beneficial. It was not generally known that the state of her health was serious, and hence the intelligence of her death came as a shock to her friends. The deceased's father, Charles ROBERTS, and her brother, Gordon D. ROBERTS, reside in Red Cliff. Gordon ROBERTS was in attendance at the funeral and interment which occurred in Nebraska.
