TIMOTHY SULLIVAN, SR. DIED IN SALIDA.
Timothy SULLIVAN, Sr., life-long resident of Minturn died in the Salida hospital Saturday morning, following a week's illness.
Mr. SULLIVAN was an employee of the D. & R. G. W. railroad.
He was father of County Assessor Tim SULLIVAN.
Burial was in Minturn Tuesday.

TIMOTHY J. SULLIVAN.
Funeral services were held in Salida April 15 for Timothy J. SULLIVAN, life-long resident of Minturn by Father GILLICK of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
Timothy SULLIVAN was born in Minturn, Colorado, November 20, 1896 [Findagrave says 1894] to John and Mary SULLIVAN. He received his schooling there,and while still in his teens, followed the footsteps of his father, and joined the profession of railroading.
On February 18, 1919 he married Miss Margaret BRADY of Leadville, and settled in Minturn to follow railroading and raise his family.
Mr.SULLIVAN suffered a back injury in a fall at his work last year, but had apparently recovered from his injuries. He was taken ill early in April, and entered the railroad hospital in Salida April 6 and passed away on April 12.
He was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Engineers and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.
Burial was in Minturn April 15 and pall bearers were life-long friends and fellow workers and included the five McBREEN brothers, Tom, Billy, Don, Jim, Benny and Jim McBREEN; Hugh YOUNG, Wayne CASTO and ROY DORMIER.
He is survived by his wife Margaret; seven sons, George, Tim, William, Joseph, Kenneth, Donald and Tommy; two daughters, Mary and Dolores; two sisters, Mamie DECKER of Denver and Nora ALTON of Ogden, Utah; two brothers, Dan and Jerry of Denver and six grandchildren.
