Gotha Mildred Chadwick, 93, of Eagle, passed away December 29.

She was born May 3, 1915 in Saint Charles, Arkansas. Gotha married Walter Chadwick in 1933. She loved family, music, canning, and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, and daughters Jane Cook, Faye Harrison, and Ulene Newby. She is survived by son Lawrence Chadwick of Minturn and daughter Sue Smaller of Kingman, Ariz. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held at First Baptist Church in Gypsum on Saturday, Jan. 3. Interment was at Riverview Cemetery in Minturn.
