Patricia Irene Donnelly died Jan. 18 in Glenwood Springs. She was 67.

The daughter of John and Ethal Mertz, Donnelly was born Feb. 18, 1929 in Joliet, Ill. She was a Bail resident for 19 years, and loved traveling, her cats and reading.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald Donnelly of Vail; a brother, Jack Mertz of Ft. Collins, Colo.; a sister, Florence Engels of Chicago, Ill.; sons Patrick Donnellly of Morganhill, Calif., Robert Donnelly of Shorewood, Ill., and Jeffrey Donnelly of Mesa, Ariz.; daughters Susan Gavrys of Sewell, N.J., and Jill Kanakis of Vail; and seven grandchildren.

A graveside service was held Jan. 20 at Sunset View Cemetery in Eagle. The Rev. Thomas Bradtke officiated.
