Elbert F. Floyd
Elbert (Bert) F. Floyd, who was born Sept. 5, 1923, died Feb. 25, 2017. Floyd served as a U.S. Marine during World War II. He is survived by his widow, Marie, children, Sue Ley, Nancy Wilson and John Floyd and extended family. A celebration of life will be held in July in Steamboat Springs.
