Patsy L. Lovato, 74, Delta, died July 23, 2016, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center in Grand Junction.Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta. Survivors include her husband, Emilio; one daughter, Eldonna “Ellie” Anders of Cory; three stepchildren, Tom Lovato and Chris Lovato, both of Montrose, and Samantha Lovato of Kansas City, Kansas; one brother, Rex Catt of California; one sister, Doris Mark-ley of Florence; and 15 grandchildren.
