Marc Richard Gershenoff of Gypsum died Sunday November 17, 2002 in Vail. He was 36. He was born Jan. 21, 1966 in Walnut Creek, Calif., to Richard S. and Carla While Gershenoff. He spent his childhood in Morgan Hill, CA and graduated from Live Oak High School. He was a vehicle and parts manager. He liked dirt biking, skiing, auto wrenching, golfing, the mountains and music, and hanging out with his wife, daughters, and friends. He was also a Raiders fan. Gershenoff is survived by his wife, Cyndi, of Gypsum; by his parents, Richard Gershenoff of Sacramento, CA and Carla Gershenoff of Peyton; daughters Hannah Sue and Rebekah Anne Gershenoff of Gypsum; and sisters Dana Gershenoff of Park City, UT and Valerie Gershenoff of Boulder. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21 at Farnum-Holt Funeral Home in Glenwood Springs.

Marc Richard Gershenoff of Gypsum died Sunday in Vail. He was 36.
He was born Jan. 21, 1966, in Walnut Creek, Calif., to Richard S. and Carla White Gershenoff. He spent his childhood in Morgan Hill, Calif., and graduated from Live Oak High School.
He worked full-time for Beaver Creek Mountain and part-time for NAPA Auto Parts in Eagle-Vail.
He liked dirt-biking, skiing, auto-wrenching, golfing, the mountains, music and hanging out with his wife, daughters and friends. He also was a Raiders fan.
Gershenoff is survived by: his wife, Cyndi Gershenoff of Gypsum; his parents, Richard Gershenoff of Sacramento, Calif., and Carla Gershenoff of Peyton; daughters Hannah Sue and Rebekah Anne Gershenoff of Gypsum; and sisters Dana Gershenoff of Park City, Utah, and Valerie Gershenoff of Boulder.
Visitation was held Wednesday at Farnum-Holt Funeral Home in Glenwood Springs. At 3 p.m. today, a memorial service will be held at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Gypsum, with the Rev. Jeff Hanson officiating. A catered reception will follow at Gypsum Town Hall.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Vail Valley Charitable Fund, P.O. Box 3861, Eagle, CO, 81631, in the name of the Gershenoff Children's Fund or the Gershenoff Diabetes Fund.
