Thomas A. Siddell, 75, Grand Junction, died Nov. 9, 2016, at HopeWest and Palliative Care Center.Services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Grand Valley Funeral Home.He was a general manager at Frito Lay. Survivors include his wife, Debbie; one son, Tom of Grand Junc-tion; one stepson, Eric Salazar of Grand Junction; one stepdaugh-ter, Alicia Arnold of Thornton; three sisters, Nellie Siddell of Palm Springs, California, Rose Marie Morris of Sun City, California, and Tracy Ann Palmer of Clearwater, Florida; and two grandchildren. Thomas Albert Siddell, 75,
of Grand Junction, CO,
passed November 9, 2016.
Tom was born on July 21,
1941, to Albert Brayton and
Gertrude Mae Siddell of
Torrington, Connecticut. He
relocated to California in
1962, where he began his
career with Pepsi and Frito
Lay. He was transferred to
Grand Junction, CO in 1985 as the General Manager until he
retired in 2002. He had a successful career with Frito Lay for 33
years. After retiring with Frito Lay he worked part time for
Impact Promotions as their trusted product destination engineer.
He enjoyed watching NASCAR and taking long drives around
town. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife and spending time
with his son, Tommy, being a fair weathered fan watching all
sports.
He is survived by wife, Debbie Siddell; son, Tom Siddell; stepson,
Eric Salazar; step-daughter, Alicia Arnold; grandchildren,
Haylee and Braden Arnold, and sisters, Nellie Siddell,
Rosemarie Morris, and Tracyann Palmer.
He will be deeply missed by his friends and family and all who
knew him.
A celebration of Tom’s life will be held November 14, 2016,
from 4 - 6:00 p.m., at Grand Valley Funeral Home, located at
1022 Grand Ave.
