home.
Private services will take place.
He was a horse trader.
Survivors include his wife, Madonna Lynn; two sons, Mitchell,
and Kelly; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Otis Dale "OD" Harris was
born November 9, 1928, in
Reed Springs, Missouri to
Johnnie Edward and Nancy Elvira
(Hill) Harris. The arms of
the Lord welcomed him home
on Tuesday, January 31, 2017,
at his home.
OD married Madonna Lynn
Clymer on April 2, 1954, in
Salida, Colorado. He was a
member of the US Army during the Korean War, and a man of
different trades, but his favorite was being a horse trader.
OD and Madonna have two sons, Mitchell (Kathy ) Harris and
Kelly Harris; grandsons, Zane, Joshua (Shauna), Daniel (Sophia),
and Levi (Deanna); great-grandsons, Noah, Elijah and Judah;
brother, Leo Harris and sisters, Louise Hetherington and
Beatrice Mae Harris.
In celebration of OD, a service will be held at the Veterans Memorial
Cemetery of Western Colorado on Friday, February 10,
2017, at 1:00 p.m.
The family would like to thank OD’s caregivers who include
Nightingales Home Care Center, Janet, Crystal, Rhea, Karen
and others; also the PA’s and nurses from the Veterans Hospital,
and nurses from Hopewest Hospice, Kristen, Mary, Judy and others.
