19, 2016, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Callahan Edfast Mortury.
Private services will take place.
Survivors include her husband, William J.; two sons, Todd W.
Sisson of Grand Junction, and Jason R. Frank of Montrose; two
daughters, Mindy Spires of Glenwood Springs, and Gina Frank of
Grand Junction; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mortuary. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday at Palisade
Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, William J.; two sons, Todd W. Sisson
of Grand Junction and Jason B. of Montrose; two daughters,
Mindy Spires of Glenwood Springs and Gina Frank of Grand Junction;
12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Celeste L. (Brown) Frank
passed away on December 19,
2016, in Grand Junction, CO,
at the age of 75.
Celeste was born July 1,
1941, and was raised in
Palisade, CO. Her parents
were Delbert Brown and
Helen Brown Stewart. Celeste
graduated Palisade High School in 1958 and was nominated as
National Peach Queen. After high school she attended Mesa
Junior College (aka Colorado Mesa University) 1958-60. She
participated in "Stepperettes" and was Homecoming Queen in
1960. She went on and attended Colorado State University in
1960-61.
After college she married William T. Sisson and they had three
children, Michelle Sisson (deceased), Todd Sisson, and Mindy
(Sisson) Spires. Celeste later married Dr. William J. Frank of
Grand Junction and combined two more children by marriage,
Gina and Jason Frank. Bill and Celeste were married for 38
years to date.
Celeste enjoyed over the years spending time with her beloved
family, painting, decorating, trips to Lake Powell, and working
in her flower garden. Her infectious smile and joy of life will be
missed by many.
Celeste leaves behind her loving husband, Dr. William J.
Frank; sons, Todd Sisson (Jana), and Jason Frank (Tracy);
daughters; Mindy Spires (Tony), and Gina Frank; 12
grandchildren, Jaeda Cannizzaro (Jeff), Tyler, Brittany, Austin,
Brooklynn, Jakob, Jessie, Joslyn, Jordan (Natalie), Dalyce
(Seth), Brady, and Trey; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Sienna,
Liela, Cambria, Owen and Logan.
A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 21
from 4 - 7:00 at Callahan Funeral Home and a private service
will be held grave side on December 21.
