ODUS GORDON DIED AT HOME SUNDAY Odus Gordon, 77, died at his rdnch home in Gypsum Valley early Sunday morning. He had been in failing health for several months. Mr. Gordon was born in Kentucky May 27, 1879, and spent his youth in Kentucky and Stillwell, Okla. He married Mary Gordon January 15, 1898. The I couple observed their 58th wediding anniversary this year. A highly respected citizen of I the Gypsum Valley, Mr. Gordon I retired from ranching a few years ago. but remained oh his ranch. He was a charter menroev of AF & AM Lodge 11 of Still - | well. He had lived In Gypsum Val- ‘ ley 36 years. i Mr. Gordon is survived by his [wife, Mary; three daughters, Mrs,’ Cora Eaton and Mp. Lola Buckner both of Gypsu/n: and Mrs. Elizabeth Eaton of Fruita. and one son, Bill Gordon, of ! Gvnsum. Eieht erandchildren and 14 great grandchildren also survive. I Services were held at the Gypsum Methodist Church Wednesday afternoon bv Rev, Byron ! Hasstedt. A Masonic graveside service was held in the Gypsum Cemetery and Farnum Mortuary of Glenwood were the directors.
