Otto Benjamin Pinnt
August 1, 1957 - March 20, 2017
Otto passed at his home in Grand Junction of natural causes.
He attended both Bookcliff and Orchard Mesa Middle Schools and put himself through high school, graduating from Paradise Hills in Scottsdale, AZ. Otto joined the Marines and served honorably through 1980.
He loved country music and played the guitar. As a young man
he played in a band that occasionally opened for Waylon
Jennings. As a long haul truck driver Otto Ben traveled the
country from coast to coast.
Otto will be remembered for his generous heart and sharp
sense of humor, often expressed in writing. If you received a
card or note from Otto you knew you were going to laugh out
loud.
One of nine sons born to Paul and Zana Pinnt, Otto is survived
by brothers, Phil of Craig; Tim of Fort Collins; Fred, Jim,
Donald and David of Grand Junction; sister, Nora of Fort
Collins, and was loved by numerous nieces and nephews. He is
preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Kenneth and
Paul.
Services are scheduled for March 29th at 1:00 p.m. at Brown’s
Funeral Home.

Otto Benjamin Pinnt, 59, Grand Junction, died March 20,
2017, at his home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Brown’s Chapel.
He was a truck driver and U.S. Marines veteran.
Survivors include six brothers, Fred of Whitewater, Jim and
Donald of Grand Junction, Dave of Palisade, Phillip of Craig and
Tim of Fort Collins; and one sister, Nora of Fort Collins.
