DEATH OF MRS . GEORGE HAYES .
Word was received in Eagle the first : of this week from Colorado Springs of th death of Mrs . George Hayes . The George Hayes family moved here from Colorado Springs in 1931 , when - \ li [ | Hayes moved here to build f ? ie home on I the Charles Chambers ranch on Brush creek . Mrs . Hayes opened Eva s Beauty Shop here and operated it for the following
four years . Poor health necessitated a move back to the Springs . While in Eagle Mrs . Hayes made many friends , who will mourn her death . . The death occurred Saturday afternoon , upon her return from the depot where she had accompanied a niece , who had been visiting in th home . On her return home she dropped unconscious
j as she entered the house—dying instantly as the result of a heart attack . A son , Burt , and Mr . Hayes were • away from home at the time of her i tragedy , and did not learn of it until | late that night when they arrived j home . Mrs . Hayes is survived by her husI band , and four children : Mrs . Beulah High of Pueblo ; Mrs . Thelma Polster of Colorado Springs ; Wilburt of Los Vegas , New , and Gilbert of Randolph Field , Texas .
