Mary’s Hospital.
Services will take place at 10 a.m. May 15 at the Veterans Memorial
Cemetery of Western Colorado.
He worked for Family Health West.
Survivors include his wife, Treca W.; one son, Mark W. of Buckeye,
Arizona; six daughters, Billie Jo Styburski of Fruita, Darlene
M. Martinez of Monrovia, California, Lynda C. Hawthorn and
Rebecca A. Meade, both of Glendale, Arizona, Susan L. Macry of
Peoria, Arizona, and Shirley M. Meade of Phoenix; one son, Bob
Hawthorn of Clearfield, Utah; three sisters, Darleen Davis and
Kate Cahil, both of Fruita, and Carol Loveless of Layton, Utah; 27
grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; 20
step great-grandchildren; and numerous step great great-grandchildren.
