LAURA HILL MOORE
Laura Cook was born in Cedar County, Mo.. Aug. 11, 1875 the daughter of William and Cornelia CookIn 1891 she was maimed to John Hill, and with her family, moved to Colorado, settling first at Pueblo, then to Eagle in 1909. Six years later, with her daughter Cornelia, Mrs. Hill moved to Red Cliff, where on Dec- 8, 1915 she was mairried to Charles Moore, who died in 191,7. During the years that followed the family owned and operated the Hill Transfer Company, moving in 1948 to Dotsero, where they bought a ranch. Mrs Moore had been in failing health for several months, and was confined to Community Hospital in Glenwoo
