Herb was born on May 4,
1933, in Coffeyville, Kansas
and graduated from Grand
Junction High School in 1951.
Upon graduation he joined the
United States Marine Corps
on June 2, 1951 until 1954.
He married his high school
sweetheart, Lorene Unrein, on
December 10, 1951, in Grand
Junction and she preceded
him in death.
Herb leaves behind his three
sons, Don (Lena), Rick and
Steve (Letha) Watts; sisters,
Olivia Shaw and Dolores
Foust of California; four
grandchildren, and seven
great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be
held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 23, 2017, at Martin Mortuary
with burial to follow in Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
