Funeral services were held Friday afternoon for Mrs. Ida Sixkiller, 84, a resident of Gypsum for 58 years. She died Tuesday Sept 17 at the Glen Valley Nursing Home.

She was born Ida Clark on Oct 23, 1889 in Spring Valley Ark. Reared in Arkansas, and moved to Colorado in 1916. On May 11, 1918 she married Ned Sixkiller at Glenwoood Springs. Mr. Sixkiller did in May, 1973. She is survived by tow sons; Sam Sixkiller of Arvad and Dick Sixkiller of Craig; and a daughter Mrs. Juanita Eaton of Gypsum. Rev Raymond Logan officiated at services, burial was in Cedar Hill, Gyspum.
