"Chas. E. Phillips, a son of Chas. Phillips, of Gore creek, died at his home in Waubay, S.D., Friday June 29, 1917. Chas Phillips was born in Chicago, Ill., in 1869 and removed with his parents to Eagle county, Colorado in 1882, where he spent most of his life. After marrying, he left Colorado, finally settling in South Dakota. He leaves a wife and three children " ...... etc
