Death of Geo. P. Potvin
Billy Buell sends us a marked copy of the Kansas City Journal of March 16th, which announces the death of Geo. P. Potvin,formerly of Battle Mountain, one of the locators of Potyin mine and brother of Joe Potvin of Denver. Joe Potvin is totally blind, losing his eyesight by a premature blast while mining at Bells Canyon. Joe sells flowers in front of the St. James Hotel.
