MILLIE A. PRICE Millie A. Price, 76, passed away at her Minturn home October 26. While she had been ill. Mrs. Price had been in poor health, for several months. She was born In Buffalo, New York June 30, 1885, the former Millie Koch and came to Mintnrn in 1900, where she took an active part in the community's affairs. She and her late husband. Byron Price owned and managed the Eagle River Hotel for many years. Outstanding was her interest in Miniturn young people. Mrs Price is survived by her daughter, Mrs Olive Walker of Minturn; two brothers, Norman Koch of Colorado Springs and Louie E. Koch; four sisters: Ella T. Graham, Lydia Bryant, Martha Bell, Mylinda Witherspoone all of California; two stepdaughters, Winifred Koch and Josephine, four grandchildren and two great-grand-children. The Reverend Larry Jones conducted services at the Minturn Presbyterian Church Monday afternoon when Betty Frey wits organist and Georgiana Fitzgerald, the soloist. Pall bearers were John Grier, Albert Buffehr, Enoch Edlund, Lee Mercer. Frank Jones and Thomas Jeffries. Miller Funeral Home of Eagle had charge of arrangements.
