John R. “Jack” Warner, 80, Grand Junction, died Sept. 3, 2017,
at the Community Living Center at the Veterans Affairs Medical
Center.
Services will take place at 3 p.m. Sunday at Callahan Edfast Mortuary.
He was a mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; three sons, Robert of Bellingham, Washington, Daniel of Las Animas and John of Grand Junction; one sister, Shirley Birdsell of Adrian, Michigan; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
