Ron was born to Jack and
Estellene Sills in Franklin,
Texas. He attended Grand
Junction High School and
Colorado State University. He
served in the U.S. Marine
Corp Airwing in Hawaii.
On July 28, 1962, he married Joye Alice Johnson in Ronan,
Montana. He is survived by his wife and their children, Starla
(Sergei), Shad (Julianne), Shane, and Shawn; 14 grandchildren;
brother, Newby; sisters-in-law, Anita, Maria, and Sue, and
numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased are his parents and brothers, Jack and Jimmy.
