Gerald D. Phipps, 86, Clifton, died Oct. 4, 2017, at the Veterans
Affairs Nursing Home.
Services will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Veterans Memorial
Cemetery of Western Colorado.
He was a welder.
Survivors include two sons, Darren of Whitewater and Duane of
Tennessee; one sister, Patricia Porco of Kansas; and two grandchildren.
