Lorna "Toots" Harvey August 11, 1945 - August 6, 2017
Lorna Ray “Toots” Harvey went to the Lord on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at home in Grand Junction, CO. She was born in Durango, CO, on August 11, 1945. She was preceded in death by her father, Loren “Hap” Wilcox; mother, Norma Ray (Taylor) Wilcox; eldest daughter, MarLynn Ray “Tobi” Harvey, and nephew, Terry Jick Balbach. She is survived by her husband, Sam Harvey; daughter, Sami Jo Harvey; step-son, Dennis Harvey, his wife, Kari, and their children of Grand Junction, CO; step-daughter, Sissy Harvey, her children and grandchildren of Washington; sister, Toni Balbach of Fruita, CO; nephew, Gary Balbach of Oklahoma; best friend, Marilyn Hill, and her four daughters, and many cousins and life-long friends. Toots loved her family and the joy her daughters, Tobi and Sami, brought her. She loved all the pets she had throughout her life. She enjoyed nature and loved to laugh. She will be greatly missed by all her family, friends, and pets that she loved so very much. As requested by Toots, no services will be held.
