Ralph Dennis Phillips, 91, Fruita, died Jan. 1, 2018, in Fruita. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado, 2830 Riverside Parkway, Grand Junction. He worked in law enforcement. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; one son, Ralph Dennis Phillips II of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one daughter, Sondra Louise Tallon of Fruita; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
