Don Leo Sittler, 86, Fruita, died Jan. 2, 2018, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Redlands Community Church. Inurnment will be at 3 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado, 2830 Riverside Parkway, Grand Junction. He was an insurance underwriter. He is survived by one son, Neil A. of Longmont; two daughters, Julie A. Fear of Columbia, South Carolina, and Kerri L. Bentley of Lubbock, Texas; one sister, Susan Kay Olson of Omaha, Nebraska; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions to the Redlands Community Church Missionary Fund, 2327 Broadway, Grand Junction CO 81507.
