We are sad to announce the passing of Edna Faye Hernandez on November 30, 2017, at HopeWest Hospice in Grand Junction, CO. Edna was born to Holley and Jackilyn (Wesson) Black in Dora, Alabama on August 23, 1936. She graduated from Dora high school, and was a cashier in retail. She was a member of the LDS Church. Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfredo; children, Tanya, Michael, and Nora, and brother, Holley Dean. She is survived by her daughter, Natasha Peters; two grandchildren, Andrew and Zachary Quesenberry, and her sister, Alma Jean McGough. Her biggest joy in life was her family. Her favorite thing to do was spending time with friends and family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and wife. She was the sparkle in our lives. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. A special thanks to the staff at HopeWest and to her extended family in the BTR at La Villa Grande.
