John R. McGee, 73, Grand Junction, died Dec. 8, 2017, at his home. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Brown’s Cremation and Funeral Serice chapel. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the chapel. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at the Western Colorado Veterans Cemetery. Survivors include one son, Christopher of Grand Junction; one daughter, J. Shannon Slama of San Diego, California; one brother, Rick of Grand Junction; one sister, Verna Lee Huckabay of Roseville, California; and three grandchildren
