John Walter Lemke, 84, Parachute, died Dec. 14, 2017, at Mesa Vista Assisted Living Center. Services will take place at a later date. He was a father. Survivors include one son, Chris Brown of Palisade; two daughters, Rhonda Brown of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Suzi Brown of Parachute; one brother, Gene Lemke of Denver; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
