Ronald R. Ayers, 85, Paonia, died March 2, 2018, at his home in Paonia. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Friday at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Paonia United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Alma; two sons, Randy and Rick; one daughter, Eva Dianne Ayers; one sister, Joan Weaver; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
