Steamboat Pilot and Today - July 31, 2018
On Thursday, July 26, 2018, Stephen Carl Halladay, father, grandfather, and brother, entered eternal life in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Stephen was born February 20, 1954 in Ruidoso, New Mexico. An avid ski racer, Stephen first visited Steamboat in 1966, for a race at Mount Werner. Stephen had a deep love for the Rocky Mountains throughout his entire life.
Stephen’s kind and peaceful demeanor has had a lasting impression on people and animals alike. He will be greatly missed, but in our hearts forever.
He is survived by his son, Ashley, daughter-in-law, Brooke, grandson, Ezra, and brothers, Dan and Mark and their families.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held on Sunday, August 5, at 10:00 a.m., at Cedar Creek picnic area (Sam Tobias, site 1) in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
