Dorothy Mary Crocker, 95, Grand Junction, died April 4, 2018, in Grand Junction. Services will take place at a later date. She was a licensed practical nurse. Survivors include three sons, Duane Humble of Fruita and George Humble and John Humble, both of Grand Junction; two daughters, Mary Nye of Grand Junction and Nancy Humble of Arvada; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Mary Crocker April 10, 1922 - April 4, 2018
Dorothy Mary Crocker, age 95, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at LaVilla Grande Care Center in Grand Junction, Colorado. She was born on April 10, 1922, in Grand Junction, to Jewel T. and Francis B. Paris. She married Lee Allen Humble on July 25, 1940. Together they had eight children and divorced in 1971. Dorothy later married James D. Crocker. Both preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, Duane (Brenda) Humble; George (Patty) Humble, and John (Jane) Humble; daughters, Mary (Warren) Nye, and Nancy (David) Bierbaumer; sisters, Vivian Toogood and Ailene Davis; 15 grandchildren; 24 greatgrandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; sons, Allen (Dolly) and Larry (Lavon) Humble; infant son, Robert Humble; brothers, Keith and Kenneth Paris, and her sister, Betty Russman. Dorothy enjoyed helping others and devoted her life to a nursing career. She will be remembered for her loving and caring heart. Services and a reception will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Martin Mortuary in Grand Junction at 10:00 a.m.
