Steve was born November 7, 1933, in Lyons, KS to Alfred Stevens Little, Sr. and Ruby Miller Little. He graduated from Shawnee Mission High School in Kansas City, KS in 1953. After high school, Steve attended the University of Kansas for two years and then entered into the service of his country in the US Air Force. He met the love of his life, Lynn Glover, in Dallas, TX, while stationed at James Connally Air Force Base in Waco. The couple married in 1955. In their nearly 62 years of marriage, Steve and Lynn raised two children, Doug and Erin, and experienced the joy of having four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Steve retired from the furniture business in the early-mid 1980’s and moved, with Lynn, to Gunnison, CO in 1993, where they had vacationed frequently. They enjoyed golf, skiing, snowmobiling, and hunting in the Gunnison area, and Steve served as a docent at the Gunnison Museum. He enjoyed life, travel (especially cruises), and his family, to which he was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Steve and Lynn moved to Grand Junction, CO for health reasons in 2004. Steve is survived by his wife, Lynn; son, Doug (Donna) Little; daughter, Erin (Anthony) Palagonia, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
