Born November 30, 1945, Lavonda peacefully passed away on March 24, 2018; she can now be back alongside her husband, William Trover , who passed January 4, 2017. Lavonda and William were married 53 years, during that time they created such a wonderful family, enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and did everything they could to have a joyous life and family. Lavonda or mom, grandma, and nana was loved by so many and will be greatly missed. She was full of spunk, had a heart of gold, and could always brighten a room with her silly sense of humor. She was so strong, and fought so hard until God chose to call upon her. She can now rest peacefully with her husband and sister, JoAnn. Lavonda is survived by her sons Jeff and Melvin Trover; daughters-in-law, Amy Trover and Julie Hayes, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Lacie Smith, Sierra Sebold, Brandy Steele Trover, Madison Trover, Kameron Smith, Harper Sebold, Kaiden Smith, Kynslea Smith, Haiven Sebold, and neices, Bonnie and Molly Evans. We love you Grandma, always and forever. Friends may call from 2 - 6:00 p.m. for visitation on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Palisade Funeral Home, who has been entrusted with arrangements.
