Wayne Anthony Cepelis, 69, Clifton, died June 3, 2018, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Clifton Christian Church. Services will follow at 1 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. Survivors include his wife, Martha Reyes-Cepelis; and one daughter, Daisy Reyes.
