D F. SCHLUTTER DIED DEC. 4
Diedrich F. Schlutter of Gypsum died at his trailer home at the propertym of his step-son, Charley Pierce, December 4, at the age of 88 years. Mr Schlutter was born in Da Crosse. Wis. June 11, 1575 and resided there until 1937 when he moved to Gypsum and had lived in Colorado since. For a time ire operated the cafe now owned and operated by Mr. and Mrs Pierce. Mr. Schlutter was preceded in I death by his wife in 1930 and by a daughter, Doris in 1951. Surviving are a son, Edwin D. of Menomie, Mich, and three grandchildren. A nephew, Will Schlutter of Denver, also survives. | Funeral services were conducted lat the Gypsum Method; >t Churdh December 7 by Rev. D. H. Friend, and burial was in Gypsum. Pall bearers were frank and Richard Pierce, Fred. Collett, Gene Slaughter, Edmond Bobson and Art Davenport.
