POLICE INVESTIGATE BAR IN CONNECTION WITH EAGLE DUI DEATH
A fatal one car accident on Brush Creek Road Sunday, has launched an investigation of an Eagle vare where police say the victim reportedly spent the hours prior to his death. Robert Schneider, 42, of Eagle died from massive haead injuries when his Dodge pickup rolled 3 / 4 times. According to teh Colorado State Patrol, teh vehicle was traveling northbound on Brush Creek Road at 7:10pm Sunday, when the driver failed to negotiate a left hand curve and ran off the road. There are extraordinary circumstances surrounding the bar's possible involvement.
