MRS. ETTA SCHWARTZ DIES AT GLENWOOD HOME
Mrs. Etta Schwartz, widow of a former Eagle banker, passed away in Hopkins Hospital in Glenwood Springs June 20, following a ten days illness,® Mrs. Schwartz, who was 83 last March, had been in good health until two weeks ago, and had been doing her own housework until that time. On June 11 she became ill and the following Friday was aken to the hospital, where it was found she was suffering from a cancerous condition. A week fitter she passed away. Funeral services were held from the Episcopal* church in Glenwood Springs Sunday afternoon, find burial was in Glenwood beside the body of her husband, the late Louis Schwartz. She is survived by an adopted daughter, Irma Ament of Glenwood Springs, and a number of neices and nephews. The Schwartzes resided in Eagle a number of years ago, when Mr. Schwartz was in the First National Bank here, leaving for Glenwood to make their home where he was in charge of the bank in that city. Mrs. Wm. Taylor of Eagle went to Glenwood last week end to be present at the funeral services of her friend of many years.
