Rudolph Lunk November 28, 1928 - April 11, 2018
It is with great sadness we announce that Rudolph "Rudy" Lunk went to rest peacefully on April 11, 2018, in his home surrounded by family. Rudy worked for the Rio Grande Railroad for 47 years after serving his country in the United States Army. Rudy will rest in the comfort of his youngest son, Darin Lunk; two sisters; his parents, and his second wife. He will forever be loved and remembered by his two sons, Robert "Rocky" Lunk and Allen Lunk; his first wife, Barbara Carstens; his grandchildren, Michael Levi Bethke, Cody Lunk, Christina Emsley, Katie Lunk, Ryan Lunk, Destiny Fejeran, Brent Hazelbaker, and Jason Lunk, and 14 great-grandchildren. His services will be held at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary on April 23 at 11:00 a.m. with Graveside Services to follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Veteran’s Cemetery on D Road. We invite you to his home for food following the Graveside Service.
