Survivors include three sons, Randall W. and Jason, both of Temecula, California, and James of Murrieta, California; one daughter, Wendy S. Bradley of Kent, Washington; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Alfred "Wayne" Reeder September 25, 1933 - April 15, 2018
Wayne Reeder, 84, passed away peacefully at his home on April 15, 2018. He was born September 25, 1933, to Donald and Gladys (Wells) Reeder in Tipton, Iowa. He married Mary Burgess August 28, 1955. Wayne had over 20 years of formal education. After graduating from Tipton High School, he entered the Army during the Korean War. He later went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree from Cornell College, his Master’s degree from the State University of Iowa, and his Doctoral of Education from New Mexico State University. Wayne worked in education for over 45 years. He was the Director of Elementary Education and Administrator of Federal Programs for School District 51. After retiring he went on to be an adjunct professor for Teacher Education at Mesa State College. He enjoyed reading, writing, traveling, eating Mexican food, volunteering with foster children, and spending time with friends and family. Wayne is preceded in death by his wife, Mary. He is survived by daughter, Wendy Bradley of Kent, WA; sons, Randall and Jim of Murietta, CA, and Jason of Temecula, CA; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Inurnment will be at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado on Friday, April 27, at 3:00 p.m. Memorial services will be held in July.
