Survivors include his wife, Cathie; three sons, Chris of Delta, Michael Skelton of Montrose, and Joshua Skelton of Hampstead, North Carolina; one daughter, Anna Tiffany of Las Vegas, Nevada; his mother, Patricia Tiffany of Oxford, Newy York; one brother, Randy Tiffany of Oxford, New York; one sister, Vicki Bond of North Carolina; and seven grandchildren.
