Man Dies Exercising at Cascade
A man who had just turned 45 died Sunday evening, the victim of an apparent heart attack while exercising at the Cascade Hotel and Club in Vail. Other patrons apparently thought Vinod Sehegal, of New York, was resting between sets of sit-ups. CPR was performed. Efforts to resuscitate continued into Vail Valley Medical Center, but was pronounced dead at 7:45pm.
