Mark "Bronco" Wayne Green January 8, 1962 - August 5, 2018
Mark was born on January 8, 1962 in Denver, CO and passed away on August 5, 2018 in Grand Junction, CO. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Funk and Louise Green; his son, Brandon Green, and grandparents, Bill and Nina Funk, and Joe and Ara Carden. Mark is survived by his wife, Kari; daughters, Amy Powell, and Judith Taijeron; five beautiful grandchildren, Jonovan, Kirk, Savannah and Delilah Powell, Keona and Kameah Taijeron, and his faithful little dog, Elvis. He enjoyed fishing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He never missed watching the Broncos, and loved going to Denver to watch the Rockies play. Mark was a licensed electrician and also a Certified Arborist. He loved working in the yard and was fond of growing roses. He was a loving, loyal, and kind man that would give you the shirt off his back. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. The world’s loss is truly heaven’s gain. He will be sorely missed by many, and is now safely in the arms of Jesus. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Jubilee Family Church, 483 30 Road, Grand Junction, CO. Arrangements have been entrusted and are in the care of Palisade Funeral Home.
